Are your products made out of real gold?

  • We use real 14-18k gold on all our gold plated jewelry. We use a refined plating process that is trusted by thousands of designer brands. Our customers agree: it looks and feels amazing.
  • We make sure our products are made out of highest quality materials, including 14k and 18k gold plating, stainless steel, sterling silver, and other high quality materials.
  • Our products include a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Meaning if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unworn and in the same condition as you received it within 3 days of your delivered order for a full store credit refund! 

 

Are your products made with diamonds?

  • We state the stone material on every website page :) You can see on our photos and video the quality and shine of the stones is amazing: Most all our items are real AAA CZ stone simulated diamonds, which is stated on our website pages and can be seen in the price 👌🏽 This is the cubic crystalline form of zirconium dioxide, and it is very well respected in the jewelry community, and most major jewelers use it for their displays in their store! 😁
  • The important thing to note with this is that you need to make the decision for yourself, don’t focus on haters and opposition because you’ll never ever make a choice that doesn’t have someone hating and opposing. You have to evolve beyond that. 
  • Here's an example of price difference between real & simulated diamonds/CZ stones: Our real CZ tennis chain that you can buy on our website costs $89 and looks great. If that chain was real diamonds it would cost $15,000 or more, Most people cant spend $15k+ on jewelry, so we offer items that look amazing, cost way less, and are still very high quality!   • Part of our goal as a company is to make sure people understand there is NO shame in wearing high quality CZ jewelry or jewelry that isn’t solid gold. This type of jewelry has been worn for decades and is a very high quality and amazing type of jewelry. We don’t like the idea of pushing people to spend money they don’t have, on crazy expensive jewelry they can’t afford, to impress people that don’t matter as much as their family & loved ones. We want people to be smart with their money, build it for the future, and still be able to rock tons of amazing jewelry 💯😁

 

How do I know what size ring I am? 

  • Choose the finger you want the ring to be on, and then take a ruler and measure the total width of that finger in millimeters. You can do this easily by placing the ruler on top of the finger and making sure to look from the top down so you can see the widest point of the finger. Do this a few times to make sure your result is fairly accurate.
  • Reference the image below to use your mm width to choose your ring size.

       



What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept every major credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 
  • We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.



How long does shipping and processing take?

  • We ship worldwide with free shipping in the USA. Please allow us 1-2 business days to process and ship most orders. USA orders are sent a tracking email when the shipping label is created.
  • Standard USA shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive once the package is shipped.
  • Priority USA shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days to arrive once the package is shipped.
  • Priority Express USA shipping take approximately 1-2 business days to arrive once the package is shipped.
  • *We do not guarantee delivery by any day, ever. The time frames above are approximations given by USPS and they are not binding in any way. 
  • Make sure your address is complete and correct, we will not be held responsible for any loss of a package due to an incorrect address.
  • If an item arrives broken we will replace it, if reported within 72 hours of receiving the item.
  • *We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail or stolen at any point in time once it has left our office and is in the hands of USPS*

International Orders:

  • Standard International shipping takes approximately 2-5 weeks to arrive after the package is shipped. This comes with a customs number, not tracking.
  • Priority International shipping comes with tracking and takes approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive after the package is shipped.
  • Please note that if your shipping address is located outside of the United States of America then you may have to pay import taxes or duties on your shipment. The customer is 100% responsible for these and responsible for knowing about them before ordering. We will not be able to refund or compensate for any unexpected import charges, and if the package is returned due to failure to pay any import charges, we will have to charge for shipping a second time in order to ship the package. Please ensure you are aware of these before ordering outside the USA.
  • Make sure your address is complete and correct, we will not be held responsible for any loss of a package due to an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us we will have to charge a fee to re-ship the package.
  • If an item arrives broken we will replace it, if reported within 72 hours of receiving the item.

What is your return policy?

  • We offer Free USA returns!
  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to return it for full store credit.
  • No exchanges outside the USA.
  • No order cancellations
  • No returns or exchanges at all on any letter pendants, custom items, or clearance items.

 

How do I properly care for my jewelry?

  • This is fashion jewelry, not designed for sports and working out, but for parties, nights out, or any other time you want to look fresh. 💯 Water + friction will cause any jewelry to fade over time. If you want your jewelry to last as long as possible we recommend keeping it completely dry at all times: Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, sweating a lot, etc. Remove jewelry before applying cologne, perfume, body spray, lotion, etc. and do not apply these things in the areas where your jewelry will be.
  • Take care of your jewelry and it will last you a long time and shine like crazy!
  • Remove your jewelry at night. Nightly perspiration and the extended rubbing against the skin will cause any metal finishes to dull over time.
  • Store your jewelry in a dry place - Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom, as the consistent moisture and humidity will tarnish your jewelry. Keep your jewelry items in a place such as your bedroom where proper ventilation and normal air conditions are present. This includes avoiding prolonged exposure to extreme heat.
  • Do not clean your jewelry with chemicals - plating is much more delicate than pure metals such as solid gold and platinum.
  • Clean your items often to maintain shine and remove the sweat and dirt that will accumulate with average wear. Use a soft cloth gently wipe down your item. To clean chains and necklaces, hold the piece by the clasp, do not tug at the chain to avoid rupturing the clasp.
  • For jewelry that contains stones, wipe the item gently, do not rub. Make sure to be careful around the corners or prongs that can catch on to your towel and damage or break loose one of your stones.



How do I know when my order has shipped?

  • You will automatically receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. We process and ship order extremely fast in only 1-2 business days. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct.




Do you offer wholesale?

  • Yes! Please email us at: contactthegiftedfew@gmail.com and provide the following information: 1. The store you are buying for. 2. The approximate dollar amount of your first order.
  • We will respond within 24 hours with an explanation of how to place your wholesale order! 



My tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package? 

  • If it was marked as delivered that means a postal worker physically scanned it in as delivered: Please wait till the end of the day and check all around your house/mailbox. If you can't find it please make sure to ask your neighbors and anyone who lives with you to see if they got the package :) 

 

  • Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, and finally: your local post office (show them the tracking number) Please do all this before contacting us. 

 

  • We are not liable for missing, lost, or stolen packages once tracking shows delivered. 




Can I return my custom?

  • There are no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or reimbursements for any custom items, including website listed customs and fully customized items ordered over email and custom deposits.
  • If you pay only part of your invoice and do not pay the rest, we will try to contact you for 2 months but after 2 months of no contact, we will try to sell the custom item to someone else and will not refund the money you paid. Every single payment on the custom is non-refundable no matter what.
